- Attends games, views videotapes of the athletes’ performances, and studies statistics about the athletes to determine their talent and potential
- Completes all necessary documentation
- Develops team and individual strategies to have the greatest chance of winning within the sport, through on-court/field teaching, and video instruction
- Implements a positive and enjoyable sport climate based on best practices for psychosocial and motivational principles to maximize athlete and team well-being and performance
