Summary of Duties
The Comfort Advisor coordinates all HVAC sales ensuring they turn in to appointments with the HVAC department. The following are the essential duties and responsibilities of this role:
- All sales calls go directly to the Sales Lead Coordinator/Call Center.
- Consistently make sales calls and produce results.
- Track the results of the sales call for reporting purposes.
- Actively schedule installations.
- Provide sales support for installers during the installation.
- View sold jobs before installation with the HVAC Install Manager.
- Work to create and handle leads.
- Take the initiative to network with potential clients.
- Adhere to the expectations of working hours aligned with commission eligibility.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with the Service Call Center.
- Order equipment with the approval of the HVAC Install Manager.
- Apply analytical skills at all times.
- Be available for additional duties as assigned.
Required skills
Required Credentials
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver's License
Alabama Driver License Class D
