Illinois Electric Works is the industry leader for industrial equipment repair and electric motor rebuilds in the Midwest. As the area’s most dependable electric motor supplier, we provide the highest quality services and products to keep the industry running. Help us do so by joining the team in a customer-critical Customer Service & Inside Sales role supporting the Crane department.
In this role, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, ordering parts as needed, preparing invoices, assisting in scheduling technicians, and performing data entry for all functions.
We are looking for someone who has experience in industrial sales, as well as familiarity with generating purchase orders, creating work orders and preparing pricing quotes.
*This position is 100% onsite*
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in industrial sales
- Strong attention to detail
- Dedicated work ethic
