Job Information

The Docks Safety Manager is a permanent, full-time position with the Alabama State Port Authority in Mobile, AL. This is technical work in formulating and administering the safety and health programs at the Alabama State Port Authority. The employee in this job is responsible for developing coordinating and promoting health, safety, and accident prevention activities in all facilities of the ASPA. The purpose of these activities is to provide a safe and healthy place for employees to work. Standards for work of this class are established in accordance with the National Safety Council, federal and state laws governing the operation of ports and railroads.
