Job Description

Able to build/assemble large-scale steel structures and equipment parts using blueprint drawings.  Capable and experienced in rigging and lifting techniques with overhead crane.  Proficient with stick and flux-core welding procedures.  Able to perform fitting techniques such as shrinking, stretching, grinding, hand burning, etc. Must be capable of measuring, operating machines to produce large mechanical and structural parts, to tight tolerances, with the ability to read and interpret blue prints. Layout and assembly.

Bonus/Incentives

New Employees can now earn up to $7000 in bonuses the first year. Shift Premium: Second shift workers will receive an additional Five percent (5%) shift differential for Second shift hours worked. Retention Bonus - $250 at 30 days, $500 at 90 days, $500 at 180 days, $750 at 1 year, safety bonus and Attendance bonuses.

  • Monitors production quality, including the inspection of parts and products, and troubleshoot if necessary to improve quality and accuracy

Sensory requirement

  • Access all areas within a site which could include heights, confined spaces, climbing ladders or stairs.
  • Will be working at times in office environment but mainly in a manufacturing environment.
  • The employee will be exposed to the following working conditions:  Extreme Heat and Cold, Noise, Vibration, Oils, and Atmospheric Conditions such as Dust, Fumes, and Mineral Particles.
  • The employee will be required to perform the following actions (from time to time): Standing, walking, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, talking, seeing, hearing and sitting.
  • Ability to consistently lift over 50 pounds as needed
