Apply basic knowledge of composing formal and informal reports
Performs administrative duties, such as compiling and maintaining records, completing forms, preparing reports, or composing correspondence
Ability to communicate in writing using proper grammar and sentence structure as needed to complete forms and write reports, policies, and correspondence.
Maintains technological security and confidentiality in the electronic sharing, transmission, storage and management of information
Apply knowledge and understanding of basic keyboarding skills
Ability to operate a personal computer to include documenting and accessing information, transmitting information, and storing and analyzing information as needed to prepare documents, process reports, scan documents, and ensure data base is accurate.
Ability to operate a personal computer to include word processing, spreadsheet application and databases as needed to document, access, store, and analyze information, process reports and evaluate program needs.
Applies knowledge of the following software: database software, Microsoft Access, email software, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Facebook and other social media software, and website development software
