Job details

The Service Coordinator will coordinate all inside sales and customer service-related activities pertaining to parts, new equipment, and service activities. Employee will coordinate with other departments to provide all appropriate customer service.

  • Perform data entry for related activities and coordinate all work documentation
  • Triages calls and inquiries from customers
  • Assigns and schedules service requests
  • Manages resources for all scheduled services
  • Responsible for the life cycle of service orders (creates, edits, completes and invoice service orders)
  • Reconciles various CRM reports on a monthly basis
  • Coordinates, monitors, and improves fields service activities for an organization.
  •  Ensures customers’ requirements are met
