Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain mill equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines
- Monitor production process to ensure quality control standards are met
- Perform basic math calculations to measure and adjust materials as needed
- Use hand tools and tooling to fabricate, assemble, and package materials
- Handle materials safely and efficiently, following proper warehouse procedures
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any issues or malfunctions
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency
Requirements
- Previous experience operating manual vertical mills
- Familiarity with basic math calculations for measurements and adjustments
- Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
- Ability to use hand tools and tooling effectively for fabrication and assembly
